5. Returns & Warranty

Returns are subject to prior authorization through a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Warranty coverage, where applicable, is limited and subject to manufacturer terms.
