Order Cancellation Requests

  • Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipping.

  • To request a cancellation, you must contact us directly by phone or email. Text messages or voicemails without confirmation are not accepted as valid cancellation requests.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our return policy for further options.

Shipped Orders

  • If an order has already been shipped and you no longer wish to receive it, you may:

    • Refuse delivery at your door (if applicable), or

    • Accept delivery and request a return authorization (RMA), subject to our return terms and restocking fees.

Shipping Charges

  • If we are able to intercept a shipped order with the courier at your request, you will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred.

Special Orders

  • Customized, special order, or clearance items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processed.
