Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipping.

To request a cancellation, you must contact us directly by phone or email. Text messages or voicemails without confirmation are not accepted as valid cancellation requests.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our return policy for further options.
Shipped Orders

If an order has already been shipped and you no longer wish to receive it, you may:

Refuse delivery at your door (if applicable), or

Accept delivery and request a return authorization (RMA), subject to our return terms and restocking fees.

Shipping Charges

If we are able to intercept a shipped order with the courier at your request, you will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred.
Special Orders

Customized, special order, or clearance items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processed.
