2. Currency & Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The total amount at checkout includes:

- Any calculated shipping fees (if applicable, especially for remote locations)
Please note that prices are subject to change without notice, and errors in pricing may be corrected at any time.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, though processing times may extend up to 6 business days during high-volume periods. Orders are not processed on weekends or Canadian public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
4. Billing Errors

5. Refunds & Returns
Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to returns without a valid reason.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection and approval.
6. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation of an order before it is shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, standard return conditions will apply. Please contact our team promptly to request cancellation.
7. Recurring Payments
Atlas Computer & Electronics does not offer recurring billing or subscription services at this time. You will only be charged for the products you order on a one-time basis.
